Richie Liu, LMP
A 2010 Cortiva Institute Seattle graduate, Richie approaches massage therapy from a holistic perspective. To support and partner in reaching your desired health goals, from injury recovery to wellness maintenance and beyond, is my motivation and strong suit. An informed combination of Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, and Myofascial Release techniques is the basis of a table session with Richie, with the addition of Trigger Point Treatment, Tender Point Treatment, and Neuromuscular Reeducation as needed. Richie is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Beth Von Bargen LMP
Beth completed a 1092 hour Massage Practitioner Program through Renton Technical College. She is also a certified Fitness and Nutrition Consultant through the Body Mind Academy and has a Psychology degree from the University of Washington. She is thoroughly trained in Deep tissue, Swedish and Myofascial Release.
When practicing Massage, Beth believes it is important to communicate and
really listen to her clients, so they receive a massage that fits their wants and needs. Like many people, she has dealt with some pretty serious back pain and in the past and Massage was incredibly helpful. She truly believes that Massage Therapy is a great way to support healing and a healthy lifestyle. When not practicing Massage, Beth loves
playing sports, doing yoga, reading and traveling!
Tom Whitmore, LMP
Tom Whitmore graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 1996. He offers a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic massage, medical massage, and sports massage.
Tom fits the massage work specifically to the problems of the person on his table at that moment. Every massage is different, because each person needing or wanting massage is unique. Tom is always willing to explain what he’s trying to do, and welcomes feedback. He also knows that some people just need to take the time to go inside and experience what is happening, without conversation.
Massage, for him, is a chance to exercise both his own and the client’s curiosity, finding out what works to make each individual feel better, move better, and maintain a healthy physical and mental balance. His work is a good complement to chiropractic work: relaxed muscles make adjustments easier and help them last longer, just as properly-aligned bones allow the muscles to relax and perform their job.

Dr. Favreau is from the Boston area and a 2005 graduate of Life Chiropractic College West. “Honestly, I didn’t know what a chiropractor was throughout the majority of my childhood.” I was raised in a family that relied solely upon the contents of our medicine cabinet when we were ill. I decided to become a chiropractor through the experience of overcoming devastating migraine headaches as a child, and from being exposed to the chiropractic lifestyle by my friend Marisa whose father was a chiropractor. When I met Dr. DeLisle I was already interested in the health field and I became fascinated by the possibility that there were natural methods to regain your health and prevent illness. Dr. DeLisle was an incredibly kind, generous, intelligent and charismatic man that always took the time to answer my questions about health no matter how busy he was. His insight and attitude towards life inspired me and helped me recognize that health care didn’t have to include drugs or surgery. So I learned at a young age that my body was able to heal itself and this self healing ability was enhanced significantly when stress was removed from the nervous system. I consider myself an excellent listener and hope I get the opportunity to meet you in person and discuss your specific health challenge.
