Accepted Insurance Companies
We accept most major health insurance, including, but not limited to:
- Premera
- Lifewise
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Uniform
- BCBS
- Personal Injury Protection
- Third party auto accident claims
- Labor & Industries
- KPS
Many Regence and Group Health plans also offer benefits for our services. If you’re unsure of your coverage, give us a call and have your insurance card ready and we’ll perform a complimentary benefits check specific for the services that we offer at Align Chiropractic.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance company, don’t worry because out-of-network benefits are often as good or better than in network benefits!
We also offer direct billing to Auto Insurance Companies (PIP claims) and Labor & Industries (work injuries) and apply payments directly to your account.
If you have a 3rd Party Claim, a guarantee of payment form must be signed by you and your attorney.
Important Insurance Information
Most insurance policies cover chiropractic and massage services. However, if yours does not we encourage you to urge your employer or health insurance broker to change your policy to one that does. Your freedom to choose your own health care provider is a fundamental right. It is also important for you to understand that health and accident insurance policies are an arrangement between you and your insurance company. We will accurately prepare and submit bills, reports, and any necessary paperwork on your behalf for direct reimbursement from your insurance company. All insurance payments made to Align Chiropractic on your behalf will be applied to your account upon receipt.
